An individual who was labeled as a "repentant" Boko Haram [/b]member and had been reintegrated into the Bama community in Borno State has returned to engaging in malicious activities.
The alleged former insurgent was apprehended en route to Sambisa Forest, attempting to provide various forms of support to the Boko Haram terrorist group.
Photo of the suspect[/figure]Based on information from a counter-insurgency publication, Zagazola Makama, the suspect was apprehended alongside two other collaborators at Barraram Village, also known as Daula Merket.
“The three repentant terrorists who were residing in Bama community have been providing support ranging from food items, fuel, motorcycle tubes and tyres as well as other logistics to the terrorists.
“Bama town has recorded many incidents of such nature, with repentant individuals collaborating with terrorists against the Nigerian Army troops,” the report states.
