Nigerian youths throw lavish party for goat, filmed spraying money on it

The video that is circulating on social media shows Nigerian youths celebrating and spraying a goat with money, as if it were a human celebrant. 

Some viewers suspect that the individuals involved are "Yahoo boys" performing a money ritual. However, the reason for the celebration remains unclear.
