A Nigerian father caused a stir at his daughter's wedding after he wiped off her make-up due to his inability to recognise her. The incident, which was captured on a TikTok video, showed the father forcefully wiping off the make-up with a handkerchief, despite the daughter's apparent embarrassment.
In the video, the chief bridesmaid was also spotted by the side, cleaning the bride's nails with all seriousness. However, netizens who reacted to the video suggested that the father's actions were unacceptable, as it was his daughter's big day and he shouldn't have embarrassed her in such a manner.
Some people even went as far as saying that they would cut off their father if he had done such a thing to them.
