Heartbroken and betrayed, the young man watched as his boss listened to his wife's accusations and together they decided not to provide him with any form of compensation. In the boss's defense, he claimed that his business had suffered greatly due to the alleged thefts committed by the young man.

This disheartening story stirred reactions from numerous netizens who sympathized with the young man and advised him not to leave without receiving his rightful settlement. It is truly disheartening to witness someone who dedicated years of hard work and loyalty only to be falsely accused of theft and sent away with nothing to show for their efforts.

@Martin Nancy shared her own related experience: "My cousin served his oga faithfully for a solid nine years, and when it was time for settlement, he returned home mentally unstable."

@Golden Jennifer cautioned her younger brother against stealing from his own boss, emphasizing that he should refrain from engaging in any illicit activities so that if his boss refuses to settle him, he can walk away without any regrets.

@Austine Dominic expressed his opinion, stating, "Even if he stole, the boss should still settle him!"

@CHUKS max Electrical reminisced about his own experience, sharing, "I vividly remember my time with my boss. After eight long years, I was only settled with 150k. I cried and cried, but no one came to my aid. However, now, I firmly believe that divine intervention is at work."
