Praying for my babies before their surgery was a whole emotion on its own that I can’t describe. I feel blessed to be their mum. There was definitely no other way but to pray and commit them to the hands of God almighty. This verse made so much sense in this moment. “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV I hope it encourages another parent or mama to remember that we are only stewards and that God is in total control. Surrender them in prayer and allow God to take over. Update : Hi online uncles and aunties, We are now on the same bed, it’s soo good to be reunited. We are still in hospital being monitored, the NG tubes in our nose are for feeding. We will be on these tubes until we are able to take more volumes of milk. Above all we are grateful to God for life.
