A young Nigerian lady has shared her remarkable experience of securing a UK student visa in just three days, inspiring other international students who dream of studying abroad. Her story has gained traction on social media, particularly on TikTok, where she detailed the steps she took to ensure a smooth application process.
In a TikTok video, the user known as @bevzec revealed that she received admission offers from two UK universities without paying any additional fees to expedite her visa application. This experience highlights the possibility of navigating the visa process efficiently, even amidst the complexities often associated with international student applications.
When selecting a university, @bevzec chose the one with the lowest tuition fees, which was around £17,000. She was fortunate enough to receive a £3,100 discount, effectively lowering her tuition fees to £13,500. To further strengthen her visa application, she paid £10,000 upfront, demonstrating her commitment to her studies and financial preparedness to the visa officers.
Due to her busy work schedule, she opted to enlist the help of an agent to manage her application, highlighting the importance of accurate documentation in the visa application process. One key aspect she emphasized was the proof of funds, which must remain untouched for 28 business days prior to the application. This requirement can often trip up applicants, making her advice particularly valuable for prospective students.
After completing the required financial period, @bevzec successfully booked a biometrics appointment, submitted her documents, and underwent fingerprinting without any complications. Incredibly, just three days later, she received confirmation of her successful visa application, sparking hope and motivation for others aiming to study abroad. Her journey serves as a testament to the fact that with careful planning and adherence to guidelines, it is indeed possible to achieve quick visa approvals.
How to get UK student visa approved in three days
In her TikTok video, she shared, “How my UK student visa application got approved in 3 days without paying any extra money to fasten up the process. I applied to only two universities in the UK and I got admission from both schools. I had to go with the one that had the cheapest school fees, which was about £17,000.”
She continued, “If you can, please use an agent. For someone like me who was working, I didn’t have time to juggle both my application and my work together, so I had to use an agent just so that part would be sorted out. Mind you, my course is just a one-year course.”
“My university gave me a discount of £3,100, so I was left to pay £13,500 in just my tuition fee. They told me before they issued my Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to me, I had to pay a minimum of £3,000. I paid £10,000 because I knew it would give me an edge when applying for my visa.”
She stressed, “This is the most important part. The documents you upload for your school portal and the documents for your visa interview will either make or break your application. Another important part is the proof of funds that you have to present during your visa interview. That’s where a lot of people get it wrong.”
“Once you are accumulating your money for your proof of funds, you’re not meant to touch it. Don’t even think about withdrawing and then filling it back. Let it remain untouched. Once you remove any money from there, you start counting again from 28 days, which can delay your visa application.”
“When you are counting your 28 days, Saturdays and Sundays are not included, so it’s essentially just 28 business days. My 28 days were completed, and I went ahead to book a date for my UK visa biometrics. I submitted all my documents, did my fingerprinting, and there was no interrogation or anything like that. After three days, I got an email saying my application was successful. I was so happy!”
Her experience has provided valuable insights for many aspiring students and highlights the significance of meticulous planning and adherence to visa requirements. Her story serves as a beacon of hope for others who may be navigating similar paths, encouraging them to stay focused and persistent in their pursuits.
