Leaked online are conversations between Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo and the late Mohbad's father, where she sought permission for a more fitting burial. In an excited tone, Iyabo Ojo received the grieving father's approval for the upgraded burial arrangements. As of now, Mohbad's body remains at the morgue following a Nigerian Police autopsy.
Preparations are now underway for the enhanced burial ceremony, which will take place at Ebony Vault, a decision made after the initial burial was criticized by those close to the late artist and fans alike.
Iyabo Ojo shared the news, stating, "Just spoke to Mohbad's dad; he has given me the go-ahead to bury Mohbad in a befitting place. Spoke to the owner of Ebony Vault. Fixed an appointment for 1 pm on Thursday... will go and see him to kick start the preparation for Mohbad's burial ceremony."
