Highlighting the gravity of the situation, he recounted the loss of his aunt at the same hospital years ago due to what he described as the staff's sluggishness and nonchalant attitude.
While acknowledging that his neighbor is currently recovering and responding to treatment, the man emphasized the potential dire consequences that could have arisen from the hospital staff's behavior during the emergency.
