Nigerian celebrities from various sectors of the entertainment industry came together in a magnificent display to support and celebrate the renowned singer, Ayodeji Balogun, widely known as Wizkid, at the burial ceremony of his late mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, who tragically passed away on Friday, August 18th. Her loss plunged the entire family into deep mourning.
In honor of her well-lived life, the family organized a grand burial ceremony, which attracted a diverse range of people from the entertainment industry.
The funeral proceedings commenced with a night of wake-keeping held on Wednesday evening. During the candlelight procession, Wizkid, her superstar son, was visibly somber, and emotions ran deep as he paid his respects.
