Prominent radio personality, Dotun, has stirred controversy by shedding light on the Lekki teargas shooting incident, offering his perspective on what transpired between the police and the affected individuals.
Reports emerged late yesterday that law enforcement officers had employed teargas to disperse the large crowd attending the Mohbad candlelight vigil.

As per the accounts, victims found themselves caught up at the Lekki toll booth, where the Lagos police allegedly deployed teargas without provocation.
However, providing an alternative perspective, radio host Dotun took to his Twitter page to elucidate the sequence of events that led to the police's use of teargas.
According to his account, the candlelight procession had concluded at Muri Okunola Park, and attendees had been dispersed around 8 pm. Nonetheless, a portion of the crowd reportedly chose to relocate to the Lekki toll gate, potentially inciting unrest.
