Doris Akonanya gets engaged on her birthday in emotional moment captured on video

Congratulations to Doris Akonanya, an up-and-coming actress who recently got engaged to her boyfriend. Doris, who is differently abled, lost her leg at the age of 13 following an accident on a bike, but she has refused to be held back by her disabilities. 

In a video making the rounds on social media, Doris was approached by her boyfriend on her birthday. Unknown to her, he reached for his pocket, pulled out a ring, and proposed to her. The overwhelmed actress screamed for joy and immediately said yes. The couple exchanged hugs and retired to a special location for a treat.

Doris lost her leg at the age of 13 following an accident on a bike and has since refused to be held back by her disabilities.
