[p]A Corps member has taken to social media to share a shocking rejection letter she received from her place of primary assignment (PPA). The incident occurred when she went to the PPA to request rejection due to personal reasons, but it took an unexpected turn as she received the rejection letter from the school where she was posted.
[/p][p]The rejection letter, which she shared online, stated that she had displayed a "nasty attitude" when she arrived at the school, and they were rejecting her because she showed no readiness to work.
[/p][p]The content of the rejection letter reads as follows:
[/p][p]"RE: NYSC CORP MEMBER
[/p][p]We write to notify you that Miss (Name withheld) with the call-up number (withheld) reported to our school on 2nd June 2023 and was accepted to serve with us.
[/p][p]However, she requested a rejection letter, which the school did not provide, but directed her to the LGI. The corps member then returned on the 6th of June with a nasty attitude towards the school's proprietress and again demanded a rejection letter.
[/p][p]Based on her attitude, we have decided to issue her a rejection letter, as it is evident that she is not prepared to work.
[/p][p]Note: Her messages to the proprietress.
[/p][p]Good morning, madam. This is Angel, the corps member who came to your school. I don't understand why you are refusing to give me a rejection letter. Well, you are forcing your school on me, which is not right."
[/p][p]The rejection letter and related messages can be seen in the attached images.
