Well-known reality TV personality, Cynthia Nwadiora, who is more commonly recognized as Ceec, has candidly explained her decision not to pursue a romantic relationship with her fellow housemate, Neo, despite being attracted to him and considering him her ideal partner.
It's worth noting that during their time in the Big Brother Naija house, CeeC frequently expressed her admiration for Neo.
In an interview on Africa Magic hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the 30-year-old lawyer opened up about her feelings towards Neo and why she chose not to act on them. Her rationale centered on the fact that she is older than Neo, even if it's just by a year, and she has a personal preference not to date younger men.
She expressed her initial thoughts upon seeing Neo in the house:
“I don’t think I’ve ever paid attention to Neo before we went for the All-Stars season. When I got into the house, I saw Neo. I said, ‘Ah! There is something different about you.”
“If you’re this fresh, I’d have noticed.’ But I didn’t notice until somebody said… Yeah, the guy was fresh.”
“He was too fresh. I don’t think there is any guy who is as neat and as fresh as him in the House. Physically, he was my spec [ideal man].”
However, she clarified her stance on pursuing a relationship:
“I won’t lie. Neo was my spec. However, remember, I said I didn’t want to be in a relationship in the house. And secondly, I’m older than Neo, even if it’s one year. And I don’t think I like to date younger men.”
