Popular clergyman, Apostle Chibuzor, has taken decisive action in response to Happie Boys' insistence on staying in Cyprus. Despite their refusal to leave the country, Apostle Chibuzor has gone ahead and booked a return flight for the group. It should be noted that Happie Boys, consisting of Matthew Precious Kelechi and Amakor Johnson, along with their manager Caleb, were sponsored on a scholarship to Cyprus by Apostle Chibuzor, who has been their benefactor. However, the group had previously criticized the clergyman for allegedly abandoning them in Cyprus, causing them to drop out of school. At that time, Apostle Chibuzor had announced that they would be returning to Nigeria to continue their lives. Surprisingly, in response to his announcement, Happie Boys expressed their decision not to return to Nigeria and issued an apology to Apostle Chibuzor for calling him out. They expressed deep gratitude to the pastor for granting them the opportunity to study abroad. In light of their refusal to return, Apostle Chibuzor has decided to disregard their wishes and revealed that he has made arrangements for a flight to bring them back to Nigeria on June 17, 2023. In a statement, he emphasized that despite any mistakes made by his "children," he will always forgive them and show them love. He assured them that the scholarship program will continue, with OPM (Omega Power Ministries) covering their school fees until they graduate. Additionally, visual evidence of the flight arrangement was shared, further confirming Apostle Chibuzor's commitment to facilitating their return.
