A Good Samaritan discovered Naomi on Sunday night in an uncompleted building at Elimg and promptly transported her to the nearest police station for identification.
Barrister Adata Bio-Briggs, the chairperson of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Rivers State chapter, confirmed the positive development, stating that Naomi has been successfully reunited with her family.
