Real Madrid's winger, Vinícius Júnior, remains composed despite speculation suggesting he could clinch this year's Ballon d’Or award.
His standout performance earned him the Man of the Match title as Real Madrid triumphed over Bayern Munich 2-1, securing their spot in the Champions League Final.
Expressing his focus on team success, the Brazilian international emphasized his priority of aiding Real Madrid in clinching their 15th Champions League title.
“Everyone talks about the Ballon d’Or but I’m very calm. I want to win another Champions League with this team," Vinicius Jr stated.
“I can do great things this season and then I have to go with Brazil [for the Copa América]. I always think about the teams first and then me," he added.
Reflecting on their achievement, Vinicius Jr praised the team's collective effort, highlighting their relentless pursuit of success in both the Champions League and LaLiga.
“We were able to place the best team in the world in another final. We have 25 stars in the team, all of us have worked hard to achieve our aim which is to go to London [for the Champions League final] and to win LaLiga. We have won LaLiga, we are going to London,” Vinicius Jr said.
