The Uruguayan player has arrived in Manchester and is set to undergo a medical examination today, which will finalize his move to Old Trafford.

The midfielder joined PSG from Sporting CP last year for a similar fee of €60 million but has struggled to secure regular playing time under manager Luis Enrique.
Although Ugarte initially showed promise, he has had difficulty adapting to Enrique’s possession-play system, leading to a reduced role in the squad.
