Juventus has been excluded from European competitions for the upcoming season by UEFA due to breaching Financial Fair Play rules.
The investigation conducted by the CFCB found the Turin giants guilty of financial irregularities and breaching UEFA's regulatory framework. As a consequence, Juventus will not be allowed to participate in the UEFA Europa Conference League for the upcoming season. The breaches in question pertain to player registration rights during the period from 2019 to 2021.

The decision was announced in a statement by UEFA, which read;
“The CFCB First Chamber concluded that Juventus (ITA) violated UEFA’s regulatory framework and breached the settlement agreement signed in August 2022. As a result, the CFCB First Chamber terminated the settlement agreement concluded with the club and decided:

Of this amount, €10m is conditional and will only be enforced if the club’s annual financial statements for the financial years 2023, 2024, and 2025 do not comply with the accounting requirements as defined in Annex G of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Regulations.”
Previously, Juventus received a 10-point deduction during the 2022-23 Serie A season after being found guilty of violating certain rules by the Italian FA appeals court (Corte d’Appello). As a result, Juventus finished seventh in the league and qualified for the UEFA Conference League.
However, following the ban from UEFA competitions, Fiorentina will replace Juventus and participate in the same tournament, the UEFA Conference League, where Juventus had lost the final to West Ham on June 7.
