Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Barcelona have faced resistance in their attempts to lure Bernardo Silva away from Manchester City.
Manchester City has experienced departures such as Riyad Mahrez, Ilkay Gundogan, and the possible exit of Kyle Walker in the upcoming weeks.
Bernardo Silva, however, has been associated with a departure from Etihad since their inaugural Champions League victory in June, yet he remains with the club.
[/p]Bernardo's links to Barca date back to last summer, and reports suggest Barcelona is once again interested in acquiring the midfielder.
While both Barcelona and PSG are eager to pursue the Portugal international, Manchester City has made its stance clear on the matter.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano further confirmed that City has “no intention” to engage in negotiations for Bernardo's departure, aiming to present him with a new contract instead.
He tweeted:
Understand Manchester City have told PSG and Barcelona that they have NO intention to negotiate at any condition for Bernardo Silva. 🚨🔵 #MCFC
Man City will also offer new contract to Bernardo very soon.

Silva has transformed into an exceptional player for the Sky Blues since his arrival from Monaco in 2017. As a top-tier playmaker with a knack for scoring goals, Silva's impending new contract presents him with the choice to commit to Manchester City and potentially conclude his career there, or decline and seek a move elsewhere.
