On the sixth day following the expiration of his contract, while the rest of the Manchester United squad began their pre-season preparations, De Gea took to social media to share a tweet featuring an emoji of a juggler. This enigmatic post hinted at the numerous options the goalkeeper may have this summer, prompting reactions from fans.

Al-Nassr is reportedly among the clubs considering a move for De Gea. The Saudi Arabian club finished second in the previous season, trailing Al-Ittihad by five points and boasting the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo in their ranks. Additionally, there have been links suggesting a possible return to Spain for De Gea, where he previously played for Atletico Madrid before joining Manchester United in 2011.

During his tenure at Manchester United, De Gea proved to be an exceptional player, winning several major trophies, including the Premier League, Europa League, FA Cup, and Carabao Cup. He also accumulated over 500 appearances for the club.

Meanwhile, Manchester United has shown interest in signing Inter Milan's Andre Onana during the summer transfer window. The Red Devils are currently engaged in talks with the Italian club and believe that a package deal worth £45 million could persuade Inter Milan to part ways with the Cameroon international goalkeeper. Manager Erik ten Hag, who previously worked with Onana at Ajax, seeks a goalkeeper capable of playing from the back and displaying proficiency with his feet.
