Aiyedatiwa made these remarks during a campaign tour that included stops in Igbobini, Kiribo Igbotu, and various other communities within the Ese-Odo council areas of the state. He challenged the residents to express their support through their votes, urging them to participate actively in the election process and to choose the APC. He insisted that the PDP no longer has any relevance in the state, advising voters not to waste their ballots on a party he claims is no longer viable.

In his address, he expressed gratitude to the community members for their patience and support, stating, "I salute your love, unity, and support for us and the party. I will reciprocate this gesture after the election." He highlighted the achievements of his administration, mentioning that numerous projects have been initiated and that roads, schools, and hospitals are receiving much-needed attention. He assured the audience that the state's security has also been a priority for his government.

Additionally, Aiyedatiwa noted the recruitment of more teachers to enhance educational standards. He urged the community to turn out in large numbers on November 16 to support the APC, saying, "You must troop out en masse and vote for our party (APC) in the election."

He further encouraged the electorate to use their votes to eliminate other political parties from contention, asserting that key figures from the PDP have now joined forces with the APC. "We have torn the umbrella of the main opposition party into shreds," he reiterated, reinforcing his belief in the APC’s dominance in the state.

The governor praised the unwavering commitment of APC members, acknowledging that their loyalty has contributed to the party's continued strength and resilience in the region. He reiterated that, if re-elected, his administration would persist in launching developmental projects aimed at improving the state’s infrastructure and overall well-being of its citizens.

Aiyedatiwa highlighted significant investments made by his government in education, health, and infrastructure development, promising that these efforts would continue if he remains in power. He called upon the people to support his administration, encouraging them to exercise their voting rights without fear as the election approaches.
