Following the arrest of an OOU undergraduate, Ayomide Adeleye, chats have emerged showing him pretending to be unaware of Idowu Christianah‘s whereabouts, despite being responsible for her death.
The untimely demise of Christianah, a 300-level student of FUNAAB, has continued to spark outrage on social media after she was kidnapped and murdered in cold blood by Ayomide.
Following his arrest, chats surfaced where Ayomide Adeleye expressed ‘genuine concerns and high hopes’ for Christianah’s safe return. In these messages, he inquired about her situation from a friend on the other end of the chat, who confirmed that a ransom was being raised.
In another part of the chat, Adeleye showed concern for the safety of others, advising his chat buddies to look out for themselves and to walk in groups.
