The All Progressives Congress (APC) has disclosed that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, is currently in Europe resting before his inauguration on May 29. The APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr Felix Morka, made this known on Thursday 14th April while speaking on the Politics Today program on Channels Television.
Morka assured Nigerians that Tinubu is in good health and will promptly resume his duties upon his return from Europe. According to him, Tinubu's trip is a working rest as he is also taking the time to reach out to heads of government and other levels of leadership of other countries that are vital to the agenda that he’s bringing in his new government.
“Once he returns and he’s inaugurated on May 29, there will be no dulling. He’ll be saddled with the responsibility of running a country as massive and complex as Nigeria," Morka stated.
