Former DMW record label signatory, Sanni Wasiu, popularly known as Lil Frosh, has been charged with assaulting his ex-girlfriend Okeoghene, known as Gift Camile, by the Magistrate Court of Justice Adeola Olatunbosun at the Yaba Magistrate Court.
Recall that late last year, Michael, Lil Frosh's ex-manager, girlfriend's alleged that he was assaulting his girlfriend Gift physically.
The 18-year-old artist was invited to the Federal Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Agency for questioning by the police just last week to follow up on the case. The arraignment of Lil Frosh was sponsored by the Lagos State branch of the International Association of Women Lawyers.
Lil Frosh has, according to sources, pleaded not guilty. Following his plea, he will remain in detention in Ikoyi prison until the next hearing on 9 March 2021.
