Jim Iyke reacts to rumours of his conversion to Islam (Video)

Popular actor, James Ikechukwu Esomugha, best known as Jim Iyke has reacted to rumours of his conversion to Islam.

This comes after a Twitter user and some bloggers wrote that the actor has embraced the Islamic faith.

”I heard that the popular Nollywood actor Jim Iyke has revert to Islam. Alhamdulillah! Welcome to Islam, religion of peace. We welcome you wholeheartedly,”

the Twitter user wrote.

Reacting, the actor dismissed the reports as rumours while stating that the photos shared on the internet which triggered the claim were taken from a movie he’s currently shooting in Ghana

He added that he has no plan of ever joining Islam.

Captioning the post, he wrote:

“LET ME QUIETLY ADDRESS THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM AND GO BACK TO WHAT I DO BEST.THANK YOU.SEE YOU AT WORK! 🙏🏾”
