Famous Nigerian singer Davido Adeleke’s much-celebrated wedding song, ‘Ogechi Remix,’ has been removed from YouTube due to copyright issues.
The song, performed live at Davido’s lavish wedding to Chioma on June 25, 2024, has been a highlight of the year.
“Ogechi Remix,” a collaboration featuring BoyPee, Hyce, and Brown Joel, was released on the day of the wedding and quickly gained popularity among fans.
The music video, which was subsequently uploaded on July 19, 2024, showcased Davido’s deep affection for his wife, Chioma, through the song’s lyrics.

Despite the buzz surrounding the song, recent developments have caused a stir online. The music video for “Ogechi Remix” has been removed from Davido’s YouTube channel due to copyright claims.
The audio of the song is still available on BoyPee’s official YouTube page, but the video itself is no longer accessible.
Current information indicates that Davido is not credited as the official artist on the YouTube page for the song, which has added to the confusion.
It appears that the original version of “Ogechi,” which was remixed by BoyPee and his collaborators, was created by a different artist prior to the remix.
