However, in this recent interview, Wizkid made a U-turn on his retirement plans. He affirmed the upcoming release of his new album and announced his intention to drop a new track within the following week. When questioned about retirement, Wizkid responded by highlighting that he continues to record music every day, emphasizing the abundance of his musical output.
He stated, "Come on, my brother. And we are still recording music every day [laughs]. So, imagine how much music I have now." Wizkid further shared his excitement about his forthcoming album, assuring fans that he would be releasing a new song in just a few days.
