The well-known female singer, Simi, has strongly criticized a female preacher on the social media platform X.
This female preacher came under scrutiny when a video of her trending online featured her giving advice to single ladies on how to find a husband.[/p>
The preacher's message appeared to irk the musician, prompting Simi to quote the video and express her thoughts on the sermon in question.[/p>
In Simi's words:
"Even when you hide self-hate inside 'good advice,' it's still self-hate. This is why 90% of skincare products in countries with a wealth of beautiful dark-skinned girls/women are labeled as 'whitening creams.'"
"And girls are told that the natural hair that grows out of their heads is not special enough. It's not that you're not good enough; it's that they've said you're not good enough. And she's on the pulpit too. A role model. Lol. Some things people do, God didn't send them, it's their own doing."
Simi concluded her tweet by reassuring all women that they are enough and don't need all the extras that the preacher seemed to suggest.[/p>
