BBNaija star, Vee, has recently taken to social media to issue a stern warning to an artisan with whom she had collaborated on a job. She candidly shared her distressing experience, revealing that she fell victim to a deceitful act as she was scammed by the said artisan who overcharged her significantly, far beyond the actual cost of the job at hand.
Expressing her frustration and disappointment following the incident, Vee shed light on an attempt made by someone to justify the plumber's dishonest actions by attributing it to prevailing hunger in society. However, Vee stood firm in her stance that the plumber would inevitably face the consequences of his actions and ultimately find himself serving time behind bars.
In an assertive post, Vee shared, "My plumber scammed me and collected 150k for a 20k job, and one IDIOT is telling me it's because 'everyone is hungry.' He will eat in jail." This statement made it abundantly clear that she would not tolerate such deceitful behavior and was determined to seek justice for the injustice she had experienced.
[bb]Following her revelation, social media users had varying reactions to the incident:[/bb]
@AyoolaMarvy: "All the money he used to vote for you until the last day in the Biggie house, he's charging you back."
@ladiyusuph_: "Does it work that way? Did he deliver the service he originally quoted you for, or did he simply disappear with your money?"
@Moe4Dem: "It's because rich people are involved. If you give some wealthy individuals a low price, they assume you lack competence."
@Chief__Ochuko: "You're being unnecessarily cruel. You're privileged, so let it go. No need for shades."
@yorsfavouritely: "That's outrageous... Even if he wanted to make a profit, he could have charged you at least 40k instead of 150k. Look at how he has brought disgrace upon himself."
@atriky2: "Please! But seriously, he deserves to be punished. 150k, not even 50k."
