The actress, who recently gained attention for her perspective on the plantain saga, has directed her concern towards women enduring abusive situations due to financial dependence on their husbands. Uche Ogbodo passionately advises them to take action in 2024 by finding employment or engaging in trade, enabling them to independently provide for themselves and their children.
In her words: "Dear Woman, Please look for work or trade to do this year 2024. You cannot keep suffering because you solely depend on your husband…. Fear of what to eat or how to take care of your kids is not enough reason to stay in an abusive marriage."
