Popular celebrity designer Toyin Lawani, just caused a stir on social media with her recent photoshoot featuring a fried chicken-inspired outfit. The mother of three marked her 41st birthday on March 1st by sharing a jaw-dropping photo of herself posing with aluminum pots. However, she didn't stop there as she followed it up with another set of photos where she can be seen in a unique and eye-catching outfit that was inspired by fried chicken.

In the photos, Toyin Lawani is seen wearing a dress that is designed to look like a piece of fried chicken with a bucket hat to match. The outfit was accessorized with a statement necklace and earrings, as well as bold makeup to complete the look.

Sharing the photos on her Instagram page, Toyin Lawani wrote, "Some chicken anyone? ART IS AN EXPRESSION, unfortunately most Nigerians will never still understand my Art, you need to understand we all can’t like the same things, Continue with your ASOEBIs, leave me let me focus, but don’t forget I can do and create anything y’all create, which I do day in day out for my clients, But y’all can’t create what I can create and wear."

Toyin Lawani continued, "It’s like the people who come to me for wedding gowns, they know I have my own style of things I like but they choose me cause they have seen me create amazing wedding dresses for clients, focus on what you want from me, not me, choose your own style, I have all sorts of style for everyone so therefore you can’t put me in a box, I’m a creative designer yet a sophisticated designer too, na any how you want am, we go give you."

The fashion entrepreneur also revealed that her personal style depends on her mood, but one thing she likes for sure is making statements and setting trends. She recalled the first time she spoke about the chicken dress on the Real Housewives of Lagos and how everyone thought she was crazy. However, she admitted to being in her own world and ruling it when it comes to creativity and being organically extra. She even referred to herself as the "King of fashion."
