A prophet [/b]who foresaw a sweeping victory for Davido [/b]at the recently concluded Grammy Awards has now explained the reasons behind the artist's failure to secure a single award.
There's a myriad of reactions online following Davido's loss in all three Grammy nominations. The Afrobeat sensation was nominated for Best Global Album ("Timeless"), Best African Performance ("Unavailable"), and Best Global Music Performance ("Feel").
Ahead of the event, the prophet had confidently predicted Davido would clinch all three awards at the Grammys.
However, after his prophecies failed, he disclosed in a video that Davido failed to pick a single award because of the photo posted by his lawyer, Prince Bobo.
According to him, Grammys are concerned about their reputation and hence will not give the impression that their awards can be bought.
He advised Davido to fire those around him and whoever posted the photo of the Grammy plaque.
