Famous Nollywood actor, Kolawole Ajeyemi, is facing criticism for recording a video of himself in tears while mourning the passing of his colleague, Murphy Afolabi.
Afolabi's death was reportedly caused by a slip and fall incident in the bathroom, occurring nine days after his 49th birthday. This unfortunate event has plunged the Nollywood industry into a state of mourning.
Taking to his Instagram page, Kolawole Ajeyemi shared a video of himself crying while listening to music by Tope Alabi in the background.
In his caption, he wrote, "End of Road 🕊️🕊️ good night Murphy 💔💔 Black Sunday. Aye Asan 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭," expressing his grief over the loss.
However, his emotional video has sparked mixed reactions, with many criticizing him for not acknowledging Afolabi's birthday and then publicly mourning his death.
