Renowned Afropop singer, Spyro, has responded to the criticism he faced from Nigerians after his performance at a church Christmas carol, asserting his stance as a devoted Christian.

In response, Spyro clarified his position, emphasizing that he is a human being like everyone else and should be allowed to actively participate in church activities.
He disclosed that he has been a member of Harvesters church for over seven years, actively serving in two departments within the church structure.
Further underlining his commitment to his faith, Spyro expressed that he is a dedicated Christian who actively serves in a legitimate church, irrespective of his status as a Nigerian Afropop singer.
Spyro conveyed, “Just saw myself and Pastor B has been getting dragged because I did a drama ministration in church 🤷🏽♂️"
