Falz, the popular Nigerian rapper and actor, has revealed that he is currently undergoing surgery in London to fix a knee injury he sustained last year while playing football.
He posted an emotional video on his Instagram page, asking his fans and well-wishers to pray for him as he goes through the process of recovery. In the video, he stated that his MRI showed that he has a complete tear on his ACL and was advised to undergo surgery to fix it. Several celebrities including Funke Akindele, Toke Makinwa, Mr Macaroni, and Ufuoma McDermott have wished him a speedy recovery via his comments section.
Falz narrated:
“On the 23rd of November I went to play football and I sustained a knee injury. And it’s pretty serious. On November 30th, 2022, I did my ACL.
“My MRI came back and it shows that there is a complete tear on my ACL. I have been advised to go into surgery to fix it”.
He solicited for prayers from his fans and well wishers in the video captioned,
“Current situation. It’s a whole journey to being 100% back. Say a prayer for me.”
Celebrities like Funke Akindele, Toke Makinwa, Mr Macaroni, Ufuoma McDermott and several others wished him a speedy recovery via his comments section.
