Nigerian comedian, Seyi Law, publicly apologizes to media personality, Noble Igwe, reversing his earlier stance of vowing to beat him up.
During a previous interview, Seyi Law had expressed his intent to physically confront Noble Igwe, stating that forgiveness would only come when Igwe apologized to his wife. He revealed that Igwe had included his wife's name in a post during the 2023 general elections, resulting in unwarranted criticism.
In a recent turn of events, Seyi Law took to Twitter, sharing that he had a conversation with Noble Igwe and now respects Igwe's commitment to his people. Seyi Law publicly apologized for any distasteful tweets towards the Igbos and expressed gratitude to Igwe for reaching out to his wife.
In his tweet, Seyi Law stated, "I spoke with my brother, Noble Igwe @Nobsdaslushhkid, and he has my utmost respect for his responsibility to his people, and I personally tendered my apology to him for any of my tweets that he found distasteful towards the IGBOS."
He further declared that he has ceased interfering with Igbo politics, history, culture, and tradition, respecting Noble Igwe's perspective. Seyi Law concluded by thanking Igwe for being an amazing person and extending his respect. The apology was accompanied by a post on Instagram.
