Veteran singer, Rudeboy, expresses profound sadness over the demise of Nollywood icon John Okafor, widely known as Mr Ibu.
The Nollywood industry is mourning the loss of one of its legends, Mr Ibu, who passed away on Saturday, March 2. The news has left fans and industry colleagues shocked and sorrowful.
Rudeboy, one-half of the Psquare band, was present in the hospital during Mr Ibu's illness. He expressed his deep sadness that despite spending several weeks by Mr Ibu's bedside, the actor still passed away. Rudeboy questioned God, pondering the harsh reality of life.
In his words: “I slept in the hospital with you for several weeks just to be there with you and all... and you still left. God why?? #mribu. Aswear forget !!! Nothing dey for this life.”
