Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has taken a jibe at Peter Obi, who was the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 elections following Tinubu‘s victory at the Supreme Court. This development unfolded in the wake of the Supreme Court's dismissal of the LP presidential candidate's appeal on October 26.
A seven-judge panel decisively declared that the opposition's appeals, including allegations of fraud, violations of electoral law, and Tinubu’s presidential eligibility, lacked merit. The Supreme Court firmly rejected all arguments put forth by Atiku and the PDP, encompassing issues of eligibility, compliance with the Electoral Act, securing 25% of the votes in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and allegations of electoral misconduct.
In response to the Supreme Court's decision, Reno Omokri shared a video on the X platform, in which he is seen dancing. In the accompanying caption, he emphasized that, no matter how hard the LP presidential candidate tries, he can never become the President of Nigeria. '’Watch Me Dance The Obito Continua.
