Rising Nigerian rapper, Odumodu Blvck, has revealed that he declined an invitation to perform at the inauguration of President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The talented artist, known for his hit track 'Declan Rice,' made this revelation through a now-deleted tweet on Twitter.
In his tweet, posted on Thursday, May 25, Odumodu Blvck disclosed that the team organizing the inauguration had approached him to perform during the ceremony scheduled for May 29. However, he declined the offer.
The rapper further expressed his belief that proper research should have been conducted before contacting him, hinting that his values do not align with those of the president-elect.
“They tried to get me to perform at the inauguration, They did not do their research,” he wrote in the now-deleted tweet.
