According to him, money would be transferred to certain accounts, and in return, a form of currency resembling money but not actual currency would be issued to individuals based on the amount they transferred.
This paper, although not real money, has the appearance of money and can be freely used in clubs or parties without violating EFCC guidelines on the use of the naira note.
