Recalling the unfortunate incident a few months ago when two members of the trio were deported from Cyprus due to expired student visas, the Happie Boys are now faced with a new challenge. One of them makes a heartfelt appeal for help concerning his partner, who remains imprisoned in Cyprus.
In a recent video, he discloses that his partner is currently held in an underground prison, emphasizing that the country's immigration officers misplaced his passport. Despite their efforts, the authorities have refused to deport him without a valid passport.
Captioning the video with a plea for assistance, he states, "Old things have passed away, everything has become new!! We will make it up to everyone. Please help us reach out to the Nigerian embassy to bring back our brother!"
In his earnest message, he appeals to fellow Nigerians to come to their aid, revealing the challenges they face. He emphasizes that after the expiration of their student permits, they were arrested, and during this ordeal, his partner's passport was lost by the immigration officers. Now, they are confronted with the refusal to deport him due to the lack of a passport.
