Former Big Brother Naija reality star, Kiddwaya, recently shared a surprising and unconventional story about an incident involving a domestic staff at his family's residence.
In a revelation that raised eyebrows, Kiddwaya expressed his admiration for the staff member who had audaciously stolen millions of Naira from his billionaire father, Terry Waya.
The twist in the story was that the thief happened to be the family's cleaner, hailing from Kiddwaya's home state of Benue. Rather than being angered by the theft, Kiddwaya found himself impressed by the cleaner's clever use of the stolen funds.
During an Instagram live session with his fans, Kiddwaya recounted the incident, sharing the following details:
"In my house in Abuja, we had a cleaner from Benue State because I prefer to hire people from my home state," Kiddwaya began. "While my dad was away, he realized that some dollars were missing. It turned out that it was this person from our own state who had been stealing gradually over the course of a year. The amount he stole was enough to build a house in his state. Now, there are two aspects to this situation. Firstly, I am slightly impressed that he actually invested the money in something that would benefit him and his family. For that reason, I'm not upset."
However, Kiddwaya expressed his disappointment that the individual who had been stealing from his family turned out to be a fellow Tiv from Benue State, highlighting the unexpected nature of the situation.
