Content creator Okoli Classic has addressed the tragic boat accident that resulted in the loss of lives, including that of Jnr. Pope and four others in Anam River.
Actor TC Virus, one of the survivors, previously stated that he saved Okoli Classic by holding onto the boat’s rope during the incident.
However, Okoli Classic contradicted this account in a video, asserting that she wasn't on the boat at the time of the accident.
She explained that she had returned to her hotel room that evening due to feeling unwell after eating.
Okoli Classic mentioned missing several calls from her colleagues who were on the boat because she overslept the following morning.
She further recounted joining Adanma Luke to head to the movie location, but they realized they had left someone behind while en route, only to receive devastating news upon turning back.
Additionally, Okoli Classic criticized Stanley Ontop and TC Virus for allegedly exploiting the tragic incident for publicity.
