Veteran Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has called on the APC party to champion the cause of justice for the untimely passing of Nigerian singer, Mohbad.
Expressing her heartfelt sorrow over the tragic death of the 27-year-old former Marlian artist, Iyabo Ojo emphasized the anguish of witnessing his story dominating all media platforms.
The mother of two, known for her strong support for the Labour Party, has vowed to shift her allegiance to the APC if a comprehensive investigation is launched into Mohbad's death.
Iyabo Ojo made this declaration through an Instagram story post, where she stressed the imperative need for an autopsy to be conducted on the late singer's body.
“Honestly, I will believe and support APC if Mohbad can get justice. That boy’s soul is crying for justice. Autopsy needed, investigation seriously needed.
“Every day I read something about him, I shed a tear. He cried out, and no one listened to him. How? n00000000…. 'It’s not my business' should be canceled at this moment; it's everybody's business. His soul needs to rest #justiceformohbad,” she stated.
