Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has declared in a statement that he had the potential to inflict serious harm on his counterpart, Charles Okocha, during their recent altercation.
In a video circulating on social media, the Nigerian artist and record label boss maintained that he had participated in a show before the confrontation with Charles Okocha.
He asserted that if he hadn't attended the earlier show, he would have exerted his full power to severely beat Charles Okocha in the ring, potentially causing significant harm.
In his statement: “I swear to God who made me, if I hadn’t gone to the show that day, despite my stress in the midst of a massive crowd, I was just throwing blows. The blows Charles Okocha was supposed to receive, I delivered them to the people at the show.”
“I was already tired before reaching Charles Okocha’s location, having performed earlier. I was under a lot of stress. If Charles Okocha had faced my full energy, he might have been seriously injured or worse.”
He made several other remarks about Charles Okocha in the video, which has been attached below.
