Kim Oprah delved into her childhood struggles, recounting a period when circumstances compelled her to reside in Abuja barracks following the demise of her father, as her mother served in the military at the time.

The social media influencer and model revealed the challenges she faced during her time at the University of Port Harcourt, where financial constraints led her and her sister to engage in entrepreneurial endeavors. To make ends meet, they ventured into selling eggs, sachet water, and recharge cards to local customers in the vicinity.

Kim Oprah shared her experiences, stating, “After my dad’s death, my mother was in the military. So we had to move into the barracks in Abuja to help with accommodation. When I went to the University of Port Harcourt, my sister and I used to sell recharge cards, pure water, and eggs around our side because there was no nearby kiosk where you could buy those things, so we became the kiosk.”

Expressing gratitude for the challenges she faced, Kim Oprah acknowledged that the hardships she endured shaped her character and instilled resilience within her. She emphasized the profound impact of her journey, stating, “Honestly, I’m just happy that I went through it because it really shaped me and made me stronger. I know what the hustle is, I have seen suffering. So coming out on the other side and being this person is like I understand both worlds.”
