[p]Nigerian singer and songwriter, Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa, professionally known as Joeboy, has credited renowned artist Wizkid for inspiring young artists to believe in their potential to achieve stardom at a young age.
During an episode of the Body & Soul podcast, Joeboy expressed his gratitude towards Wizkid for revolutionizing the music industry and creating opportunities for emerging talents.
According to Joeboy, who is affiliated with Mr. Eazi's Empawa Africa, Wizkid's influence has paved the way for young artists to thrive in the industry, challenging the notion that success only comes at a later stage in life.
Upon meeting the acclaimed hitmaker, Joeboy immediately sensed that he too would achieve great success as an artist.
