Veteran actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, recently shared his near-death experience and how he battled a life-threatening illness for three years which took him away from the screens and his social life. In an interview with Vanguard, he disclosed that people closer to him were orchestrators of his illness. He further stated that he was already "seeing people on the other side," but God brought him back to life.
Mr. Ibu recounted how he was taken to the hospital, and the doctors prophetically went into his system to determine what was wrong and what they needed to do. According to him, he pleaded with them to do whatever they could to save his life because he feared the enemies would laugh if he died. He also said that while he was in that state, he wasn't actually seeing anyone; instead, he was saying something like somebody who is going mad. The doctors recorded everything he was saying, and they were able to diagnose and treat him properly. Mr. Ibu revealed that he saw some dead people on the other side, and God brought him back from that realm.
It is quite unfortunate that Mr. Ibu's illness was orchestrated by people close to him. However, we are grateful that he was able to receive proper medical attention and recover. We wish him good health and continued success in his career.
