A devoted fan using the moniker @agba_editor on X, formerly Twitter, has taken to his media page to criticize Nigerian singer Burna Boy, suggesting that Burna Boy should acknowledge fellow singer Davido as God.
This reaction comes in response to influencer Daniel Regha's statement about Burna Boy allegedly losing substance for not winning any Grammy Awards in the recent ceremony. Regha expressed his opinion, stating that Burna Boy's last album failed to secure a Grammy, deeming the achievement less impressive given the overhyped nature of the songs in contention.
Regha's words were: "Burna should remember that no song from his last album won a single Grammy despite the PR; He lost 'Best African Music Performance' to one of the most ¤verrated songs of 2023. Another prove that the Grammy he’s bragg!ng with is practically w¤rthless at this present time. No shades."
Shortly after Regha's statement, @agba_editor chimed in on the comment section, asserting that Davido brought the Grammy to Nigeria and insisting that Burna Boy should refer to Davido as God. He stated, "Burna boy suppose Dey address Davido as GOD if no be Davido Afrobeat for no Dey Nigeriat today."
