Nigerian rapper Falz has taken a decisive and firm stance against the controversial activist, VeryDarkMan (VDM), following a series of recent derogatory and defamatory claims made against him, which have been circulating across social media platforms. These allegations have raised concerns about Falz’s reputation and prompted the rapper to take immediate legal action in response to the accusations.
Recall that VeryDarkMan recently released a series of audio recordings in which popular Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky allegedly claimed that renowned human rights lawyer Femi Falana (SAN), and his son, Falz, had contacted him prior to Bobrisky’s release from prison. These recordings have caused widespread controversy and cast aspersions on the integrity of both Falz and his father, Femi Falana.
The audio recordings also suggested that Femi Falana had arranged a financial settlement of 10 million naira to resolve Bobrisky’s case, further fueling speculations and mistruths regarding their involvement in the situation. These claims, which have since gained significant attention, were viewed as damaging to the professional and personal reputations of both Falz and his father.
In light of the gravity of these allegations, the rapper has now broken his silence and responded by issuing VeryDarkMan a 24-hour ultimatum to retract all defamatory statements made against him. Falz’s demand for the immediate removal of the false claims underscores the seriousness with which he is treating the matter, as he seeks to protect his name and ensure that these untrue allegations are corrected.
